
Reiki Meditation Sessions
Reiki Meditation supports the nervous system by encouraging a shift into a more relaxed, restorative state—often referred to as “rest & digest.” This allows the body to slow down, release tension, & support its natural processes as you ease into the parasympathetic state and allow the body to relax. For some, this experience may also bring up emotional release, offering a supportive space to process and let go of what the body and mind may be holding. Questions? Feel free to reach out anytime.
