Reiki Meditation Sessions with Certified Master Reiki Meditation Specialist, Teacher & Trainer, Jennifer Cross-Barrett During your Reiki Meditation session, you’ll experience deep relaxation designed to calm the mind and ease the body. This state of rest supports the body’s natural ability to return to balance. To create a calming environment, gentle elements such as incense, smudge smoke, or essential oils may be used. If you have sensitivities, allergies, or asthma, please let Jennifer know ahead of time so your experience can be adjusted accordingly. Reiki Meditation works with the nervous system, encouraging a shift into a more relaxed, restorative state—often referred to as “rest and digest.” This allows the body to slow down, release tension, and support its natural healing processes. For some, this experience can also bring up emotional release, offering a quiet space to let go of what the body and mind may be holding onto. Questions?
