Cancellation Policy

UPDATED 12/08/2025 - PLEASE READ! If you: -No Show/No call or cancel less than 24hrs before your session - you WILL be charged 100% of your service or treatment that you scheduled/booked! Our new policy will be strictly enforced for All services with Jennifer, Kaitlynn, Whitney and Sara. You WILL be charged 100% of your service/treatment if you no show/no call or cancel your appt less than 24hrs from the day/time of your session. It is under the discretion of each service provider whether they will wave this policy or not. Please call your service provider directly as each person inside Mind Body Balance Breathe has their own business policies.
