Reiki Meditation Sessions

Alternative Approach Access Bars

During your session, you’ll lie comfortably on a massage table with the option to listen to music or simply relax in silence. Each experience is personalized to support your comfort. A blend of essential oils and/or incense may be used to create a calming environment. Jennifer will gently place her hands on specific points along the head and neck, similar to meridian or acupressure points, without applying pressure, to encourage the body to relax. Infrared Salt Sauna

Choose from 30, 45, or 60 minutes in our Himalayan Salt Infrared Sauna. The sauna features over 90 lbs of Himalayan salt, creating a warm, relaxing environment designed to help you unwind both mentally and physically. This booking reserves one session for 1 person. New clients must book online for their first visit. Our Dual Polarity Ionic Foot Spa (formerly known as a foot detox) includes optional far infrared heat for your back & a relaxing foot soak experience.
