Reiki Meditation Sessions

Reiki Meditation Sessions are provided by Certified Master Reiki Meditation Specialist and teacher/trainer Jennifer Cross-Barrett. During your Reiki Session you'll experience full relaxation to help calm the mind and relax the body. Allowing your body to achieve homeostasis 💜 During a session, we may use the assistance of incense, smudge smoke and/or essential oils to help induce a relaxing and calming environment. Please let Jennifer know whether or not you are allergic or if you have asthma so we refrain from using them! Reiki Meditation may help induce a state of homeostasis as your Vagas nerve is being relaxed and allowing your parasympathetic nervous system to rest and disgest...which allows the body to heal naturally and more effectively. Because sometimes we need a space to give ourselves permission to relax and let go of things that we no longer need to carry emotionally, Reiki Meditation can be an emotionally releasing experience for some. Alternative Approach Access Bars

During your session, you'll lay down on a comfortable massage table, enjoy your favorite music(or whatever you love!) or relax in silence! These types of alternative approach access bars are customizable! Enjoy the scent of a customized blend of Essential oils & incense as Jennifer gently places her hand on different "pulse points/meridian points" on the head/neck area. These "acupressure like points" help stimulate relaxation in the form of either deeply relaxing, releasing and/or falling asleep; giving yourself permission to discuss topics/trauma/stress; clarity or "ah-ha" moments; allowing yourself to rest/sleep; or all the above! This alternative approach has been a wonderful alternative to those who enjoy Reiki Meditation but feel like they need more talk/discussion time!! Each appointment has approx 30 min of extra talk time if needed **This is NOT to be replaced for any talk therapy sessions with your Mental Health Practitioner/Licensed Medical Healthcare Professional!

Infrared Salt Sauna

Pick between 30 minutes, 45 minutes or a full hour within the Salt Sauna! Our Salt Sauna has over 90lbs of Himalayan Salt inside of it, helping relax your entire mind and body! Our Salt Sauna room also has a variety of Essential oils your welcome to use during your session. As well as light therapy and some super comfy robes your welcome to use during your session as well! 2nd Person OPTION - This option is for a friend or loved one who would LOVE to join you in your salt sauna session with you for the duration of time that you have originally picked to be in the sauna. Our Dual Polarity Ionic foot tox..formally known as foot detox... features Far Infrared Heat for your back AND has dual ionic polarity. 30 min Ionic Foot Tox Session session with 5-8 min clean up time after. Please block off 40 min of your time for your session. Red Light Therapy

SPOT TREATMENT - This session is for specific areas of the body ONLY. Sitting in a chair with our smaller unit with individualized treatment options for specific areas such as Knee; shoulder; ankle; scalp; eye; etc. FULL BODY TREATMENT - This treatment is laying on a red light therapy mat and an overhead RLT machine for a head to toe treatment.
