
Reiki Meditation Sessions
Reiki Meditation Sessions are provided by Certified Master Reiki Meditation Specialist and teacher/trainer Jennifer Cross-Barrett. During your Reiki Session you'll experience full relaxation to help calm the mind and relax the body. Allowing your body to achieve homeostasis đź’ś During a session, we may use the assistance of incense, smudge smoke and/or essential oils to help induce a relaxing and calming environment. Please let Jennifer know whether or not you are allergic or if you have asthma so we refrain from using them! Reiki Meditation may help induce a state of homeostasis as your Vagas nerve is being relaxed and allowing your parasympathetic nervous system to rest and disgest...which allows the body to heal naturally and more effectively. Because sometimes we need a space to give ourselves permission to relax and let go of things that we no longer need to carry emotionally, Reiki Meditation can be an emotionally releasing experience for some.
